Berry Biz Hotel ★★★

Besides the lobby looks nice and the room looks clean on the booking site, nothing much I can comment on.

Below listed some significant facts why you should not book this one, for the sake of having a good time in bali. Too many aspects to be improved, I can only list a few significant ones: - the staffs there rank the least welcoming and helpful ones I ever met: two of them failed to tell me the nearest money exchange place two days in row (please just say you don't know rather than giving untrue info); it's a surprise being told we don't have map, I then got a printed vague google map; yet the staff was not able to give me any sense at all where the hotel probably is on the map - the AC is not really cold, the thick blank makes it worse - this hotel is good if you take cab the whole time, it's super messy to cross the road in front and get a coffee at Starbucks 200m away - I found my fallen hair (I forgot to pick up and throw away the night before) in the bathroom the next night - I traveled with another people, without asking, the reception gave us a double bed rather than twin beds.

The beds were very comfy! Shower was nice too!

Only one roll of toilet paper was there until we run out and had to use the tissues. The road out side is very busy taking taxis forever to pick you up. But in a good location.

The staff were extreamly helpful and the atmosphere of the hotel was lovely. The facilities were modern (although some water damage) and food was excellent!

The location is on a busy street and about 30 minutes walk to Seminyak Square, although a shuttle bus runs at set times during the day

Pretty convenient, friendly and Berry stylish. Located on Sunset Rd only 2.5km from best restaurants and clubs in Semyniak and 10 mins ride to both Kuta or Semyniak beaches. Nice settings for informal business meetings or gatherings.

Need a scooter or a car to move around however Grab bike/car is pretty convenient in indonesia too. There is NO Pool. Breakfast is just average. My room had an internal window, so no much natural light through the day. Also the bathroom had no window at all.

For a budget hotel, the bed was very comfy. The room was clean. The staffs were very friendly. Esp the cleaning service team. They cleaned my room perfectly. So happy when came back to the room, after lots of activities and feel tired, i saw everything was set neatly. I did not expect it before but i got a 5 star service.

The bathroom was lil bit too dark with the blue paint.

Big bed, modern facilities, helpful staff, free toiletries, clean towels and sheets daily

The room faced on the the foyer aitrium and only had single glazing windows. This meant that there was always light shining in the window (even at night) and the music from the foyer could be heard clearly at all times of the day and night.

Bathroom very nice, Staff very friendly, Nice place close with restaurant or bars, Bed very comfortable, and Clean.

Staff Restaurant very friendly but still need to check if enough food,plates,bowls,cups,and glass don't wait till some guest asked! Otherwise everything fine and awesome will back again.

At least the staff r friendly, besides that... nothing good about this hotel! The staff warned us to be careful when walking outside the hotel area since there hv been quite some robbery nearby the hotel area

Rooms are dirty! We book 2rooms, both are dirty! Bedsheets turns yellow with some stains! Towel also turns grayish in color. Bathroom floor super dirty and some mold on the showerhead. At night, there are lots of small insects in the lobby area! It was a good and clean hotel 2years ago, but they surely didn’t manage the property well. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel anymore. The location also quite far from the tourist and shopping area if you didnt rent a car. There are lots of other cheap, clean and good hotels near seminyak, legian, or kuta!

Different staff called me three times and said the same things in the morning. It seemed like they don't communicate each other. It was so annoying. We've got more problems here, like dirty and smelly water, mixed laundry and so on. We've been traveling in Bali for a week, but here is the worst place for sure.

The place was so cozy,, and you can feel like at home…

The bathroom feels so dark… the lamp was not so bright for bathroom with dark colour of the wall and the floor…
